Saturday Rates:

· Rehearsal Dinners $ 300.00
· Whole House - Reception Only $ 750.00
· Wedding and Reception $ 1100.00
Normal Rates:
· Bridesmaids Brunch/Lunch $150.00
· Rehearsal Dinners $300.00
· Whole House - Reception Only $500.00
· Wedding and Reception $650.00
Included in the facility rate: Chairs for ceremony, tables and chairs for reception, complete set-up and break down of ceremony and reception. Decorated mantels and banister. Rehearsal time (one hour) the day before. Portrait sitting if needed.
You must provide a $250/$500 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward the final bill. Dates will not be held until a deposit is provided.
If you are planning an outdoor wedding at The Crawford House, you need to be aware that The Crawford House is located near two railway routes. While some guest of The Crawford House find the occasional passing of trains an on-going part of history, other guest may find the train whistles a distraction. Our study indicates that trains do have a timetable but only they know it.

· Whole House Rental $500.00
· Rehearsal Dinner $300.00

Weekday Rates:
· Whole House Rental $300.00
· Rehearsal Dinner $150.00
· Luncheon / Brunch $60.00
Included in the facility rate: Tables and chairs, complete set-up and break down. Whole House Rental is for a maximum of four hours. Rehearsal Dinner rental is for a maximum of three hours. Luncheon / Brunch is for a maximum of two hours.
